Our culture has taken hold in our facilities and guides everything we do at Regent.
Regent has a values-driven culture that helps our team stay focused on our goal of leveraging our management expertise while partnering with physicians and hospital partners to ensure convenience, comfort, and quality of care for patients.
Our values:
OUR MISSION
Redefining surgical care.
Compassion
We want you, our partners, and patients to know how much we care. In every interaction, we want them to be reminded that Regent, along with its physician and health system partners, believes strongly in delivering the best care possible.
Ingenuity
Redefining surgical care requires creativity and originality. By staying curious and continuously pushing ourselves to think differently, we will not only bring a fresh perspective to our current partnerships but also create opportunities to bring our exceptional standards to new partners around the country.
Perseverance
To accomplish our goals and drive our mission, we will go to great lengths to prove our dedication. We will persist regardless of the circumstances.

Our Values in Action
Regent Scholarship Program
Regent developed a scholarship program to recognize and reward the children of our facility administrators and employees for our values they have exhibited during high school. Eligible students must be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in college/technical school courses. Candidates submit two essays and provide two letters of recommendation.
Introducing our Nonprofit: Regent Cares
In 2018 we launched Regent Cares, an umbrella for the work Regent employees take on to uphold our values and provide a vehicle for meeting needs in a tangible way including annual mission trips to conduct pediatric spine surgery in the Dominican Republic.
We recruit talented and highly motivated people who share our values and want to contribute to operational and clinical excellence
I served as a translator on the trip last year and it was a humbling and rewarding experience. I hope the families of the patients understand their treatment and provided recovery instructions. It was life-changing for the patients – as well as our team. We were blessed to be a blessing.
