Industry Veteran Strengthens Partner Access to Financial Rigor
FRANKLIN, Tenn., June 18, 2024 – Regent Surgical, the nation’s leading independent ASC platform specializing in health system joint ventures, recently announced Christa Blumenshine as the organization’s newest Chief Financial Officer.
Blumenshine brings nearly 30 years of diverse healthcare experience with both providers and payors. Prior to joining Regent Surgical, she gathered ASC-industry expertise from her tenure at companies like United Surgical Partners International and US Renal Care.

Prior to joining Regent, Christa served as the Chief Financial Officer of AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, a PE-backed consolidator of 210 veterinary practices. She also spent 3 years as the Chief Financial Officer, Dialysis Operations at US Renal Care. In her current role, Blumenshine sees a direct connection between clinical quality, patient experience and financial performance.

Blumenshine is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BS in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Purdue University, where she is a fourth-generation alumnus. She has a proven track record of building high performing teams. Today, she leads a team of finance professionals who understand the importance of strong internal control foundations to ensure the integrity of financial information and transparency.
