Our RISE culture has taken hold in our facilities and guides everything we do at Regent.
We created the RISE program to develop a values-driven culture that helps our team stay focused on our goal of leveraging our management expertise while partnering with physicians and hospital partners to ensure convenience, comfort, and quality of care for patients. Our values are embodied in the acronym RISE:

Demonstrating compassion toward all stakeholders.
Being true to what we believe in, doing what we say we will do and adhering to our commitments.
Responsibility to properly utilize and develop our people, property and assets while fostering a safe and secure environment.
Appropriate identification, selection and management of all resources to ensure excellent clinical and financial outcomes.

Our RISE Values in Action

The RISE Scholarship Program
Regent developed the RISE scholarship program to recognize and reward the children of our facility administrators and employees for the RISE values they have exhibited during high school. Eligible students must be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in college/technical school courses. Candidates submit two essays and provide two letters of recommendation.

Introducing our Nonprofit: Regent Cares
In 2018 we launched Regent Cares, an umbrella for the work Regent employees take on to uphold our RISE values and provide a vehicle for meeting needs in a tangible way including annual mission trips to conduct pediatric spine surgery in the Dominican Republic.
We recruit talented and highly motivated people who share our values and want to contribute to operational and clinical excellence
I served as a translator on the trip last year and it was a humbling and rewarding experience. I hope the families of the patients understand their treatment and provided recovery instructions. It was life-changing for the patients – as well as our team. We were blessed to be a blessing.
