CHRO Greg Miller has more than 35 years of Human Resources experience driving business success through effective leadership and people management.

From talent acquisition to organizational effectiveness, Greg has touched all facets of Human Resources. Prior to joining Regent Surgical, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for AccentCare and held leadership positions at companies like United Surgery Partners International, Aflac and Humana. As a former partner of Leadership Research Institute (LRI) and former Professor of Communication at San Diego State, Greg has incorporated his passion for learning into each of his roles throughout his career.

Greg holds a Ph.D. from the Annenberg School of Communication at The University of Southern California, an M.A. degree from San Diego State University and a B.A. degree from the University of Oregon.
