She is responsible for accelerating Regent’s growth and brand awareness, leading key initiatives in marketing, business development, customer success and innovation.

Before joining Regent, Kendall served as President of Contessa Health, a subsidiary of Amedisys, where she played a pivotal role in shaping operations, driving market expansion, leading post-acquisition integrations, and managing multi-market operations—all while ensuring high-quality patient care and employee satisfaction. Prior to that, she held leadership roles in operations, strategy, and corporate development, including positions at Vanguard Health Systems, where she focused on service line development, sales, and community health programming, leveraging her clinical expertise as a dietitian.

Recognized as one of Modern Healthcare’s 2024 Women Leaders in Healthcare, Kendall is deeply committed to advancing patient care, operational excellence, and innovative healthcare solutions. She holds a Customer Focused Innovation Certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from The University of Alabama.
