Melissa Szabad serves as General Counsel for Regent and is a member of the executive leadership team. She brings 25 years of healthcare regulatory and transactional experience to Regent.

Prior to joining Regent, Melissa was a partner at McGuire Woods where she spent her career advising ASCs and ASC management companies on regulatory and transactional matters. While at McGuireWoods, she served as outside counsel to Regent.

Melissa earned a J.D., Order of the Coif, at DePaul University College of Law, and a B.A., magna cum laude, at Kenyon College.
