Riley Orr leads Regent’s operations, growth and supply chain professionals to advance our mission of redefining surgical care. His passion and expertise in the ASC space make him a key asset as we continue to deepen and expand our partnerships across the country.

Riley has over 11 years of operations experience and a career-long commitment to the ASC industry, beginning his career as a surgery center Administrator. Prior to Regent, Riley worked for USPI and Compass Surgical in operations leadership roles. This wholistic experience enables Riley to add firsthand insight to all aspects of Regent’s and our partners’ operations.

Riley has an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and graduated from Abilene Christian University.
