As CIO, Rusty Strange leverages his successful track record and years of experience creating and managing IT solutions for healthcare while building excellent, collaborative teams. He will ensure Regent’s team, surgeon partners, and patients achieve the best possible clinical outcomes.

Rusty joins Regent after a 17-year stint at AMSURG, where he served as VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations and then Vice President of AMSURG IT.

He earned his degree in Business Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University’s College of Business. Rusty is currently serving on the Innovation Showcase South Committee and is on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Chapter of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
