Regent Surgical Health announces the grand opening of its second headquarters in Nashville. The expansion comes on the heels of a recent strategic investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. (TowerBrook), an international investment management firm and Ascension Capital, an investment affiliate of Ascension.
The vibrancy of Nashville’s healthcare market made it the ideal choice for a second headquarters. The new office is located at 1550 W. McEwen Drive in Franklin, Tenn. The Chicago office includes Regent Revenue Cycle Management, the company’s revenue cycle solution dedicated to ambulatory surgery centers.
“Our two locations expand and strengthen our team as we position for the new phase of growth powered by our partnership with TowerBrook and Ascension,” said Regent CEO Chris Bishop. “The Chicago market continues to thrive, and with more than 500 healthcare companies located in Nashville, we are well situated to tap into local health-related talent as we focus on innovation, technology, and professional services that will fuel growth across our organization.”
Regent currently owns or operates ASCs across the United States and has successfully pursued a strategy focused on the development of several multisite health system partnerships. The second headquarters supports future growth and enables Regent to continue to serve health system and surgeon partners with talent expansion.
Since 2001, Regent has developed, owned, and managed ASC facilities in partnership with hospitals and physicians and has grown to become the nation’s largest independent health system joint venture-focused ASC operator. For more information, visit www.regentsh.com
